Cancellation Policy:
The Naturopathic Wellness Center acknowledges the importance of your time. Therefore, when we schedule your appointment we reserve that time exclusively for you. If there are changes that need to be made to your appointment, we promise to inform you in a timely manor.
In exchange, we expect the same from our patients. Patients are responsible for keeping there appointments or giving us a 24 hour cancellation notice. If you miss an appointment without notifying the office, you are responsible for the complete appointment fee. If you cancel in less than 24 hours, you are responsible for a $25 cancellation fee.
We are fully aware that unavoidable emergencies occur and exceptions will be made accordingly.
Please help us maintain the level of respect for our both our time and your own.
